What is a PriorityPath® Project?
+

A PriorityPath® project is our scientifically-validated, evidence-based solution to meet your unique organizational needs. It includes a five-component strategic facilitation process to identify key priorities, minimize existing barriers, and unlock your full potential for sustainable growth and operational excellence.

The process is fully facilitated — not consulted. Every insight, every priority, and every action plan comes directly from your stakeholders.

Is a PriorityPath® project a consultation?
+

No — it's a facilitation, not a consultation. The PriorityPath® process is fully dependent on insights collected from your identified stakeholders during high-touch, face-to-face or group visits.

Priorify's® facilitators NEVER insert their own opinions, experiences, or ideas into the analysis. The intelligence belongs entirely to your stakeholders — we simply surface, organize, and prioritize it.

What questions do Priorify® facilitators ask stakeholders?
+

Our facilitators engage each stakeholder — functioning like structured 360° feedback — with three core questions regarding the project's mission statement:

  1. What should we be doing that we are not now doing, and why?
  2. What problems now exist that must be resolved if we want to accomplish this project's mission?
  3. What potential problems may surface as we take action to accomplish this project's mission?

Captured insights are organized into cause-and-effect diagrams for stakeholder validation.

What is the final deliverable from a PriorityPath® project?
+

Anonymous stakeholder ratings produce a Strategic Event Value (SEV) for each node — the fuel behind PriorityPath's® data-driven recommendations. Your organization receives:

  • A validated cause-and-effect diagram representing your stakeholders' collective intelligence
  • A mathematically ranked priority list (SEV scores)
  • A clear PriorityPath® — a unified roadmap for immediate and long-term action
  • Targeted remediation team action plans with measurable outcomes

How does Priorify® demonstrate ROI?
+

The SEV algorithm provides an objective, mathematically validated ranking of your organization's most critical issues. By focusing remediation resources on the highest-SEV issues first, organizations eliminate the most impactful barriers to success with measurable efficiency.

The process also produces immediate ROI through increased stakeholder buy-in, reduced decision-making time, and elimination of political bottlenecks that would otherwise delay implementation for months.

How does Priorify® engage my stakeholders?
+

Your stakeholders — internal and external — are one of the richest and most underutilized sources of organizational intelligence. Through our high-touch 1-on-1 stakeholder interviews, we gather actionable insights for how your organization can succeed, and simultaneously secure their buy-in and unified commitment to the path forward.

Stakeholder information collected includes: name, title, department, company, location, and email (for the rating system). All responses remain strictly anonymous.

How do stakeholders provide their ratings?
+

After the diagram is validated, stakeholders rate each node using Priorify's Online Rating System — accessible via anonymous login or email link. Each issue is rated across four dimensions:

  • Importance: How much does this issue affect you now and in the future?
  • Familiarity: How familiar are you with this issue?
  • Frequency: How often does the issue occur or could occur?
  • Remediation: What level of effort would it take to eliminate or moderate the issue?

Aggregate ratings (never individual) are used to calculate the Strategic Event Value (SEV) for each node.

Is Priorify® right for government and public sector organizations?
+

Absolutely. PriorityPath® has been applied globally in government and public sector environments — including city engineering projects (Tauranga, New Zealand), infrastructure initiatives, and public policy alignment.

The anonymous nature of the process is particularly valuable in public sector contexts where political dynamics can suppress honest stakeholder feedback. The SEV algorithm cuts through hierarchy to surface what communities and agencies genuinely need.
