Evidence-Based Framework

Backed by Science

Priorify's® process is grounded in peer-reviewed behavioral science that has guided organizational change management and transformation for decades.

Kurt Lewin's
Force Field Analysis

Priorify's® process is built on Kurt Lewin's Force Field Analysis — a foundational behavioral science framework that identifies the forces driving and resisting organizational change.

Our methodology specializes in identifying, prioritizing, and controlling critical resisting forces while amplifying driving forces that aren't having their intended impact.

By systematically weakening resisting forces through focused remedial action, driving forces gain momentum — enabling culture transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable business alignment.
